Terms of Service

By creating an account and booking appointments with Skin Goddess Aesthetic Center ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP codes confidential.

2. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. Cancellation requests must be submitted more than 24 hours before the appointment.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. All fees for services and products are as listed at the time of booking or purchase.

4. Medical & Health Information

You agree to disclose accurate information about allergies and medical conditions relevant to your treatments. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts found to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

Skin Goddess Aesthetic Center values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

We collect information such as your name, email, date of birth, gender, contact number, home address, and health-related information (allergies, medical conditions) when you register or book a service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to manage your account, process appointments and payments, send OTP verification and notifications, and ensure your safety during treatments.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g. Brevo for email, PayMongo for payments) strictly to deliver our services.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including password hashing and role-based access control, to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
